Today was the grand opening ceremony for Salem's South River Harbor Walk. The Celebration featured music by Mamadu, speeches by Mayor Driscoll, Lt. Gov Murray, State Rep Keenan and Ward Councilor McCarthy. Followed by a dance performance.
